#ChewOfTheWeek: Vegetable Pizza & Fettuccine Alfredo – Riccardi’s Italian Restaurant, New Bedford

Our next #ChewOfTheWeek comes from Riccardi’s Italian Restaurant. Riccardi’s is a family owned restaurant that has been serving the SouthCoast authentic Italian food since 1973. During our visit to the aesthetically beautiful restaurant we indulged ourselves in a make-your-own veggie pizza consisting of spinach, roasted red peppers, onion, and garlic with a pesto sauce. Even our waitress said it looked delicious…and it was! This gourmet pizza was complimented by a generous dish of fettuccine alfredo.

Between the perfectly cooked pasta, the rich and creamy alfredo sauce and the authentic thin crust pizza, it is easy to see why Riccardi’s has been consistently voted the SouthCoast’s “Best Italian Restaurant” since 2003.

Riccardi’s offers a diverse range of authentic Italian foods ranging from veal parmigiana and baked lasagna to clam sauce over linguini and tiramisu…be careful with the limoncello!

Riccardi’s has two locations, one on Sconticut Neck Road in Fairhaven and one on Hathaway Rd in New Bedford so if you’re in the mood for some authentic Italian cuisine brought straight to your door, we #GotChew !
